At Betano, you may need a payment receipt to verify a transaction, resolve an inquiry, or present it to a third party. Below you will find instructions based on your payment method.
Mercado Pago
From the Mercado Pago mobile app:
- Open the Mercado Pago app on your device.
- Tap the Activity section in the bottom menu.
- Search for and select the transaction for which you need the receipt.
- Scroll down and choose the View receipt option.
- Tap the Share button or the download icon (downward arrow) in the top right corner to save it as an image or PDF on your device.
From a computer (Mercado Pago website):
- Log in to your account on the official Mercado Pago website.
- Click on Activity in the left sidebar menu.
- Find the transaction in your list of movements and click on it to view details.
- Select the View receipt button.
- Click on Download receipt to save it on your computer.
Bank Transfer or Other Financial Institutions
The process may vary depending on the bank. In general, follow these steps:
From your bank’s mobile app:
- Open your bank’s app and log in.
- Go to the transactions, recent activity, or transfer history section (the name varies by bank).
- Select the transaction corresponding to the payment made to Betano.
- Look for the option to view the receipt, proof of payment, or transaction details.
- Download or share it using the download icon, print option, or share button available on that screen.
From a computer (your bank’s website):
- Log in to your bank’s website.
- Access the transfer history or account transactions section.
- Locate the transaction linked to your deposit or withdrawal at Betano.
- Click on the transaction to view the full details.
- Select the option to Download, Print, or Export receipt depending on the options your bank provides.
⚠️ Tip: The receipt is usually available in PDF format or as an image. If you don’t find the option in your bank’s app, try the website, where download options tend to be more comprehensive.
Can’t find your receipt?
The download process varies by each bank or digital wallet. If you cannot find the receipt for a transaction, contact your financial institution directly through their official customer service channels. They will guide you step by step according to the specific platform you use.
