Activity Block
The Activity Block allows you to restrict access to specific gaming activities.
You can select one or more products to block:
Sports betting
Casino
The block takes effect immediately and applies for an indefinite period.
While the block is active:
You will not be able to access or play the selected products.
You can revoke the block at any time from the same section.
Time Out
The Time Out option allows you to temporarily abstain from any betting activity.
You can select one of the following periods:
24 hours
7 days
30 days
6 weeks
The Time Out takes effect immediately from the moment you activate it.
During the selected period:
You will not be able to place bets.
It is not possible to reduce or revoke the chosen duration.
At any time, you can extend the period or apply an additional temporary closure to your account.
Regulator Self-Exclusion
You can also request self-exclusion through the Buenos Aires City Lottery.
From this option, you access the regulator's official form to start the self-exclusion process.
Once the request is submitted:
You will not be able to access or place bets for a period of 2 years.
The self-exclusion is applied according to the current regulatory framework.
