How can I change or adjust my limits?

You can modify your Betting, Loss, or Deposit limits at any time.

Key Application Rules

• Increasing a limit (allows more play): Takes effect after 72 hours.
• Reducing a limit (restricts play): Takes effect immediately.

Steps to Modify a Limit

1. Log into your Betano account.
2. Access Protection: Select My account → Profile → Player Protection.
3. Select the Limit: Choose the limit you want to change (Daily, Weekly, or Monthly).
4. Adjust the Amount: Choose the preferred period and the new amount.
5. Confirm: Click Save changes. The system will ask for your password for security.

Note: If you have just requested an update and request a new one before the 72 hours are complete (in case of an increase), the system will inform you that you have a change pending.
