Before requesting a withdrawal, it is important to understand which portion of your funds is eligible to transfer to your bank or virtual wallet. At Betano, your account divides funds into different types of balances, each with a specific function and rules.
You can review the breakdown of your funds at any time by clicking directly on your balance at the top of the screen, or from My Account → History → Transactions → Withdrawals.
Types of balances in your Betano account
Real balance
This is the cash you deposited or won. You can withdraw it at any time, as long as your account is verified and you do not have a pending wagering requirement that prevents it.
Bonus balance
This is the money granted through promotions and offers. It cannot be withdrawn until you complete all wagering requirements (rollover) and the specific conditions of the promotion.
Available betting balance
This is the total sum of funds available to play on Betano. It is calculated as: Real Balance + Bonus Balance.
Balance in open bets
This is the money you have invested in sports events or casino games that have not yet finished. It is not available for withdrawal while the bets remain active. Once each bet is settled:
- If you win: The prize amount is automatically credited to your real balance.
- If you lose: The invested money is deducted from your available balance.
- If it is voided: The money returns in full to your real balance without any change.
Reasons why you cannot withdraw your entire balance
Active bonus in the account
If you are participating in a promotion, the system automatically calculates which part of the money is free to withdraw and which remains blocked while you complete the rollover or the minimum installments required by the promotion.
Money committed in active bets
If you have ongoing bets whose events have not finished, those funds are part of the balance in open bets and remain held until the events conclude.
What happens if you request a withdrawal with an active bonus?
If you request a withdrawal while having an active bonus balance in your account, the system will automatically perform the following actions:
- The bonus will be immediately and irreversibly canceled.
- Both the initial bonus amount and all profits generated from that credit will be deducted from your balance.
This action cannot be reversed. We recommend reviewing the Bonus Policy before making a withdrawal to avoid losing your promotional benefits.
