From your Betano account you can review all your withdrawal requests, check their current status, and track each transaction.
How to Access Your Withdrawal History
- Log in and click on your Account icon.
- Select History → Transactions.
- Open the Transaction Type filter, select Withdrawals, and click Apply.
Information Available for Each Withdrawal
When viewing a specific withdrawal in the History → Transactions section, you will see the following details:
- Date and time: The exact moment the withdrawal request was made.
- Amount: The total value requested for withdrawal.
- Transaction ID: The unique reference code for tracking purposes.
- Status: Indicates whether the withdrawal is Pending, Approved, or Cancelled.
Need a History Older Than 90 Days?
The platform displays transactions from the last 90 days. If you need a report from an earlier period, you must formally request it from the Betano data protection team:

- Important: This is the only authorized team to generate full reports for extended periods, under strict security protocols.
