If you requested to take a break (voluntary self-exclusion for a determined period), you must wait until the selected period has fully ended before you can access your account again.
Once the break period has ended, your account will be reactivated and you will be able to use it normally again.
In the case of self-exclusion regulated by the competent authority of the City of Buenos Aires, the self-exclusion period lasts for two years.
When that period ends, the self-exclusion expires and the account is automatically reactivated, with no need to make any additional request.
Please note that, once a self-exclusion period has started, it cannot be canceled or shortened.
For this reason, it is important to carefully consider your decision before requesting self-exclusion.
