If you have a complaint, grievance, or disagreement related to games, transactions, or other Betano services, you can submit it directly from your account. We do our best to resolve each case as quickly as possible.
How does the process work?
- Complete the complaint form as soon as possible after the event, including a detailed summary of the situation, the time, reasons, and all relevant information.
- You will receive a confirmation email with your unique reference number (ID) to track the complaint.
- Betano will resolve your complaint within a maximum of 30 days from the date of receipt and will communicate the resolution to you.
⚠️ Complaints must be submitted within 3 months after the occurrence of the issue.
What if you are not satisfied with the resolution?
If you are not satisfied with Betano’s response, you can direct your complaint directly to the competent regulatory authority: Lotería de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires
